About The Position

PromptPath is an AI conversation platform that is transforming how automotive dealerships interact with their customers. The PromptPath Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is designed for recent college graduates to start their careers and grow into leaders within the company. The program spans two years, beginning with a Level 1 Support Associate role, progressing to an Associate Client Success Manager or Level 2 Implementation/Support Associate within 12 months, and culminating in graduation from the program. Graduates can pursue roles in Customer Success, Product Management & Marketing, or Sales. The program offers real ownership and impact from day one, with responsibilities including client interactions and end-to-end ticket resolution. It provides a clear growth path with exposure to various teams and direct mentorship from the entrepreneurial leadership team. Participants will also gain access to online training courses focused on leadership, team development, and AI-based operations.

Requirements

Recently graduated with a four-year degree in a major that combines analytical/problem-solving skills with communication/people-oriented capabilities.
Must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Customer-facing internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own client interactions and resolve front-line tickets end-to-end, from login troubleshooting to walking dealership managers through data and reporting.
Gain exposure to product, sales, account management, and operations teams.
Partner directly with and gain visibility to PromptPath's product, technology, client-facing, and leadership teams.
Participate in online training courses relevant to leadership and team development, including AI-based operations.
