About The Position

The Leadership Development Program is crafted to help you make a smooth transition from college graduate to a pivotal leadership role in banking. This 20-month program offers a structured path to develop your skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through rotational job tracks. Key Highlights: Rotational Experience: Progress through various areas of the organization, gaining foundational knowledge, leadership insight and hands on application. Departmental rotations include: Retail, Customer Care, Operations, Internal Audit, Credit, Compliance, IT, Trust & Wealth, Finance and Risk. Accelerated Leadership Training: Designed to ignite your leadership journey with an intensive training program that blends skill-building workshops, real-world projects, and immersive, hands-on experience. Equipping you with expertise to drive strategic initiatives and lead effectively. Requirements

Must be an undergraduate or graduate student, graduating in Spring 2027 to be eligible
Candidates must be hardworking, motivated individuals with superior customer service skills
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong analytical ability
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
