About The Position

Sherwin-Williams is hiring motivated candidates for an eight-week Leadership Development Program (LDP) in an Automotive Branch. Participants receive hands-on training and gain experience in sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning, with networking opportunities across Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development. The program is designed to build skills for careers in management and professional sales. Successful participants will progress into an available Assistant Branch Manager position after completing the program. Relocation may be required during training and for the post-training placement; if a placement is not available after eight weeks, training may continue at other branches in the region. Candidates must be willing to train in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, or Delaware. The program is currently scheduled to begin in 2026. The role involves customer contact, including possible contact with minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Sherwin-Williams states that criminal-history review is necessary to protect its business, operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
