Welcome to the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at RBI — where bold thinkers take initiative and creativity into their own hands. The program includes an onboarding week, restaurant experience weeks, two one-year rotations in different departments, and ongoing training and development. Requirements

Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2026 – June 2027
From any major — diverse academic backgrounds are welcome (Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, STEM, etc.)
Hungry to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily
Passionate about growth, ownership, and the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
Ready to Lead

Responsibilities

Dive head-first into RBI's culture, business, brands, and strategic plans.
Learn new skills and hone existing ones during onboarding.
Gain hands-on experience in restaurants, learning how to make iconic menu items.
Understand what it takes to run a shift, support a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Complete two, 1-year rotations in different departments designed to stretch business acumen, build leadership skills, and learn cross-functional agility.
Gain exposure to a wide range of departments such as Marketing, Operations, Digital & Loyalty, Finance, Development & Franchising, Supply Chain & Procurement, People, Corporate Communications, Global Business Services.
Take on big responsibility and meaningful work in each rotation.
Receive targeted training in problem solving, analytics, communication, and leadership.
Participate in mentorship and career coaching.
