About The Position

This is a rotation role where responsibilities will vary and align with a model that allows participants to experience one rotation as an HR Partner (Employee Partner or Business Partner) and one rotation as a member of a Community of Expertise (COE). This program aims to stretch capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments. Participants will relocate to different RTX cities/states while in the program to broaden their exposure to the business and further develop their leadership and functional skills and business acumen. This is a U.S.-based role.

Requirements

Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
Relevant internship/co-op or work experience.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
