About The Position

This is a rotation role where responsibilities will vary and align with a model that allows participants to experience one rotation as an HR Partner (Employee Partner or Business Partner) and one rotation as a member of a Community of Expertise (COE). Participants will stretch their capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments. They will also relocate to different RTX cities/states while in the program to broaden their exposure to the business and further develop their leadership and functional skills and business acumen.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
