About The Position

Our two-year, rotational Global Communications Leadership Development Program (GCLDP) provides challenging opportunities via three 8-month work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the United States. This program is intended for internal RTX interns/co-ops, and external entry-level professionals looking to create value and grow their career at RTX. Rotation role and responsibilities will vary and align with the areas of Brand Marketing & Digital Communications, Integrated Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Affairs & Public Relations, and Employee Communications. You will stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments. You will also relocate to different RTX cities/states while in the program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or other related discipline
  • Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Applicants MUST be willing/able to relocate for all rotations & have flexibility to travel/live anywhere
