The two-year, rotational Digital Leadership Development Program at RTX Corporation provides challenging opportunities through three 8-month work assignments across the enterprise. This program is designed for internal RTX interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals looking to create value and grow their careers. Participants will receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from RTX leaders and current/alumni LDPs to build a strong global network. The program involves relocation to different RTX cities/states to broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership, functional skills, and business acumen.
