Leadership Development Program - Digital (Starts June 2027)
About The Position
The two-year, rotational Digital Leadership Development Program at RTX Corporation provides challenging opportunities through three 8-month work assignments across the enterprise. This program is designed for internal RTX interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals looking to create value and grow their careers. Participants will receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from RTX leaders and current/alumni LDPs to build a strong global network. The program involves relocation to different RTX cities/states to broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership, functional skills, and business acumen.
Requirements
- Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A., including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, MIS, AI & ML, Cybersecurity, or other related discipline
- Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
- Experience with one or more of the following: application services, cybersecurity services, data services, infrastructure services, process & systems transformation, and transformation & strategy
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Applicants MUST be willing/able to relocate for all rotations & have flexibility to travel/live anywhere, including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut
