About The Position

JM Test Systems is a technical services company headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing test equipment sales, calibration, and service to customers across the United States and Canada. The company is growing through expansion and acquisition and is developing its leadership bench to support that growth. The Leadership Development Program is designed for graduating students seeking early responsibility and a pathway to leadership. The analyst will be deployed to areas of the business with the greatest need, such as divisions facing performance challenges, acquisition integrations, or development of new service models. The role begins with supporting the work and progresses toward taking ownership of defined initiatives. No calibration background is required; the company will provide technical training. The position reports to the VP of Corporate Development & Strategy and is intended to lead to a permanent role with ownership within 12 to 18 months, potentially in division, rental, or lab management, or a corporate management area such as analytics, continuous improvement, FP&A, or supply chain. Placement depends on performance, readiness, and available opportunities. The role is based in Baton Rouge and requires relocation and extensive travel, including frequent visits to JM Test Systems locations and customer sites, sometimes for multi-week or multi-month assignments. The analyst will regularly spend time in calibration labs, customer facilities, and field and industrial environments.
