About The Position

Culture Vitale is inviting senior leaders, executives, and HR experts or decision-makers to join its Chamber of Work & Culture and collaborate on shaping the future of workplace vitality. The Chamber focuses on wellbeing, professional growth, innovation, and cohesion. Members may contribute expertise on organisational culture, leadership, learning and development, and the future of work.

The collaboration is flexible, ad hoc, and non-exclusive. Selected members may be invited to paid advisory engagements, including structured feedback, concept validation, offer reviews, and insight sessions. Members also receive complimentary advance access to selected team and leadership experiences to evaluate their resonance, structure, and real-world value. The Chamber offers research digests, peer leadership networking, curated gatherings, and thought-leadership opportunities, such as hosting roundtables or workshops and co-authoring expertise content.

This is a limited opportunity for a curated group of experienced leaders, intended to preserve depth and intimacy. NDAs and non-conflicts are validated as needed.

Requirements

• Be a senior leader, CXO member, or HR expert/decision-maker.
• Have professional-level English.
• Have a deep understanding of organisational culture, wellbeing, and leadership.
• Be curious and committed, with a passion for people and forward-thinking ideas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to paid advisory engagements when invited, including structured feedback, concept validation, offer reviews, and insight sessions.
• Evaluate selected team and leadership experiences for their resonance, structure, and real-world value.
• Participate in peer leadership networking, curated salons or gatherings, and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Potentially host roundtables or workshops, or co-author expertise content.
• Share expertise on workplace wellbeing, development, engagement, leadership, innovation, internal culture, collaboration, empathy, creativity, and growth.
