About The Position
Culture Vitale is growing its global network of experts, facilitators, and creatives who lead immersive “Sessions of Vitality” for companies and individuals. Sessions combine creativity, wellbeing, and personal or team development to energize individuals, groups, leaders, and teams. They may be interactive, passive, or a combination of both, and can take the form of workshops, programs, retreats, performances, and other experiences. Facilitators propose their services and set their own rates. Culture Vitale provides a professional listing, promotes practitioners’ services, and allows clients to find and contact them directly. Practitioners can also use a complimentary premium online profile page to showcase their profile, services, experience, and brochure. The opportunity is freelance, with flexible, paid, session-based work and ongoing opportunities throughout the year.
Requirements
- Have experience as a facilitator.
- Have expertise in wellness, arts or artisanal practices, or coaching and development.
- Be based in the advertised location.
- Be fluent in the local language and conversational in English.
- Be comfortable working with groups and professionals.
- Have the relevant legal right to work independently as a freelancer or company.
- Be reliable, creative, and excited to share a craft with new audiences.
Responsibilities
- Propose and lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, performances, or other experiences in the practitioner’s area of expertise.
- Offer interactive, passive, or combined session formats for individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.
- Set rates for services, either session-based or per person.
- Use the Culture Vitale profile page to promote services and professional experience.
