About The Position

Culture Vitale is growing its network of experts, facilitators, and creatives across Europe, including Sweden. The network curates “Sessions of Vitality” for companies and individuals: immersive experiences combining creativity, wellbeing, and personal or team development. Facilitators propose and lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, and other experiences. Sessions may be interactive, passive, or a combination of both. The role is freelance. Facilitators register their services, set their own rates, and receive a professional listing that Culture Vitale promotes. Clients can find and contact facilitators directly, and facilitators can also use their profile page to promote their work. Opportunities may arise throughout the year, with facilitators selecting when and where they work.

Requirements

Experience as a facilitator or practitioner.
Expertise in wellness, arts or artisanal work, or coaching and development.
Experience working with groups, professionals, teams, organizations, or individuals.
Based in Europe, preferably the EU.
Fluency in a local language and conversational English; full English fluency is not essential.
Comfort working with groups and professionals.
Relevant legal right to work independently as a freelancer or through a company.
Reliability, creativity, and enthusiasm for sharing your craft with new audiences.

Responsibilities

Propose and lead workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, or other experiences in areas such as culture, wellbeing, development, arts, artisanal crafts, and coaching.
Create and deliver interactive, passive, or combined sessions for individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.
Register services and maintain a professional profile showcasing services and experience.
Set rates and choose when and where to offer freelance sessions.
Share expertise with new audiences and engage with clients and peers in the network.
