About The Position

The Lead oversees an assigned warehouse team and area to help ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional daily solutions for customers. The role supports warehouse management and helps maintain accurate inventory, timely and accurate order completion, effective team performance, customer service, and a safe, clean work environment. The schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
At least 1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Review workloads and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team, provide developmental opportunities, and recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
Use the warehouse management system correctly and maintain appropriate work documents.
Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service.
Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
Safely operate various equipment and tools.
Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
Track orders and investigate problems.
Catalog and track goods and supplies.
Maintain a clean environment in accordance with the 7S program.
Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
