About The Position

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join its People Team. The People Team supports the company by hiring and developing employees, rewarding them, and building healthy, productive workplaces across its global offices. In this role, you will partner with Product, Configuration, People Analytics, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to turn complex business needs into scalable, user-centric People Technology solutions. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. You will evaluate solutions across Workday and the broader enterprise technology ecosystem, balancing user experience, business value, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost. You will architect integrations and automation using Workday integration tools, APIs, and related technologies; build custom applications and APIs with Workday Extend; and advise on Workday API capabilities and best practices. The role also involves applying knowledge of Workday processes, reporting, security, data architecture, and object relationships; collaborating on downstream data models and transformation logic; improving architecture and reliability; leading testing and troubleshooting; and coordinating cross-functional technical project delivery. You will explore emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing practices. Snap follows a “default together” approach and expects team members to work in an office four or more days per week. The role is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
