As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. Requirements

• FCCPC/CDA
• 2 Years classroom experience
• 45 Hours DCF training completed
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in schools is not strictly required; candidates from customer service, healthcare, and retail are encouraged to apply if they have a love for working with children.
