About The Position

ServiceMaster CDR is hiring a Lead Water Technician I to lead restoration projects and support customers recovering from disasters. ServiceMaster CDR is a restoration franchise with five branches across Northeast Ohio that provides disaster restoration services for homes and businesses. The role focuses on water and fire damage mitigation, applied structural drying, smoke remediation, and mold remediation, while maintaining company protocols and industry standards. The technician coordinates with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, maintains equipment, and follows safety and environmental standards. The posting offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in water and fire restoration.
• Strong practical restoration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Current or recently expired IICRC certification in one or more of WRT, ASD, AMRD, FST, or CC.
• Additional state certifications and licensing, such as Mold certification.
