About The Position
Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join its team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This full-time position works a day schedule and helps ensure the timely and accurate completion of order processing, including picking, checking, packing, receiving, and potentially delivering work orders. Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly time restraints and deadlines.
- Able to speak English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, able to work with others or unsupervised.
- Prior warehouse experience; at least one year is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to make local deliveries and fill in for or assist the driver when needed.
- Data entry skills.
- Inventory control skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience in receiving is a plus but is not required.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with picking and packing orders accurately and on time.
- Load trucks for deliveries and unload trucks with incoming shipments.
- Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries when needed.
- Assist with daily cycle counts and yearly inventory.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Assist with organizing and stocking shelves, including rotating inventory according to date.
