About The Position
Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This full-time position works a day schedule and helps ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders, including picking, checking, packing, receiving, and possible delivery of work orders. The role also supports loading and unloading trucks, local deliveries when needed, cycle counts and annual inventory, stocking and rotating inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean workplace. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly deadlines. A valid driver's license is required for local delivery support. Employees must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak English.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, whether working with others or unsupervised.
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment with daily and weekly time restraints and deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to make local deliveries and fill in for and assist the driver when needed.
- Data entry skills.
- Inventory control skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience in receiving is a plus, but not required.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with picking and packing orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Load trucks for deliveries and unload trucks carrying incoming shipments.
- Fill in as the backup driver for local deliveries when needed.
- Assist with daily cycle counts and yearly inventory.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Assist with organizing and stocking shelves and rotating inventory according to date.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and processing work orders.
