The Lead Warehouse Associate role is for someone ready to be a leader, enjoys learning about new products and helping customers find new solutions. This role requires working well with a team, organizing products and processes, paying attention to details like tracking inventory, and creating solutions and maintaining goals for their team. The ideal candidate can educate and train others, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can lift up to 50 pounds, is comfortable with loud noises in a temperature-varied environment, and is great at building relationships and leading a team to success.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of Warehouse experience
• Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with loud noises in a temperature varied environment

Nice To Haves

• Sit down and stand-up forklift experience preferred, but not required
