The Lead Warehouse Associate assists the Warehouse Operations Manager in the successful operation of the warehouse by performing various duties. This includes unloading trucks of new product, putting away product received in designated locations, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the warehouse, pulling product to fulfill items requested for transfer orders, loading pallets of product being sent out on transfers, maintaining accurate inventory levels by completing regular inventory counts with a goal of no less than 95% accuracy, and ensuring product is secured by safely stacking and shrink wrapping to the pallet. The role requires following company policies related to safety and security, having excellent customer service and motivational skills to interact with CAFB staff professionally, and experience working with diverse populations including persons with special needs.
