About The Position

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism, and strive for error-free work. You will help coordinate warehouse activities, support inventory accuracy, guide associates in equipment and operational procedures, and promote adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Compensation is $22.00; the role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skill set.

Requirements

Microsoft Office experience and proficiency, including Outlook and Excel.
Ability to learn new computer applications.
Four years of warehouse experience.
Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members (2–5).
Solid math skills.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for accurate data entry.
Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
Assign work and monitor group activities.
Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures; guide the team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
Oversee equipment usage and ensure the team adheres to all safety procedures and programs.
Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity and take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
