About The Position

The Lead Valet Attendant coordinates the guest service experience while working alongside coworkers to meet or exceed site service standards. Under the direction of the Account Manager, the role includes service coordination, administrative tasks, troubleshooting, and providing guidance when the manager is not on-site. The attendant is not a manager, but may address critical issues and make judgment calls when prompt action is needed. For nonurgent matters, the attendant reports the facts to the manager and seeks instructions. The position provides courteous guest assistance, including greeting guests, opening doors, explaining parking procedures, parking and retrieving vehicles, and helping with guest inquiries and bell services. It also supports team operations, vehicle and key security, revenue handling, shift reporting, and scheduling coordination. Work is scheduled 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The majority of work is outdoors, sometimes for the full shift, and may involve exposure to extreme heat and cold. Travel of up to 5% may be required.
