About The Position

Cambridge Dental Group is looking for an experienced Case Manager / Lead Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. Connected to a busy multi-specialty dental office, our team offers patients comprehensive care under one roof while providing endless opportunities for professional growth. The role involves presenting comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion, educating patients on recommended treatment and financial options, building trust and increasing treatment acceptance through exceptional communication, coordinating care between our general practice and on-site specialists, and working closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. The goal is to help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
  • Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset.
  • 3+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred.
  • Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
