Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
  • Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset.
  • 3+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred.
  • Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options.
  • Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication.
  • Coordinate care between the general practice and on-site specialists.
  • Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice.
