Requirements

Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance.
Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.
Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset.
3+ years of dental business office experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Knowledge of dental office procedures.
Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred.
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
Management or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
