About The Position
The Goddard School in Spring House is hiring Lead Teachers for children who are one and two years old to support its growing team. The school has four toddler rooms and seeks additional lead teachers who will train alongside an established team of educators and caretakers. Requirements
- At least two years of early child care experience.
- Comfort communicating with parents and caregivers.
- Ability to promote positive classroom management techniques.
- Ability to share ideas and experiences with a co-teacher.
- Comfort leading lessons and activities.
- Ability to collaborate with directors and onsite owners.
