About The Position

Creative Child Learning Center is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document students’ progress. The role supports children’s learning and growth while helping maintain a safe, positive, and harmonious environment for children, families, and fellow teachers. Creative Child is part of Endeavor Schools, which operates more than 100 schools in 14 states. The organization offers educators resources and career development opportunities, with a focus on supporting employees and children’s success and well-being. The position requires Level 2 background screening under Florida law.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
45 CDF hours.
Two to five years of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
Completion of Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law is required.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA certification preferred.
