About The Position
The Learning Experience in Denton is hiring multiple Lead Toddler Teachers to lead classrooms for children ages 1 and 2. Teachers are supported and trained, and use the ready-made L.E.A.P. curriculum. The role includes supporting potty training and sharing students’ progress with parents through a mobile app. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 8–9-hour shifts scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$19 per hour based on experience, with an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $750.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Toddler teaching experience is preferred.
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a safe and engaging classroom for 1- and 2-year-old children.
