About The Position

The Learning Experience in Denton is hiring multiple Lead Toddler Teachers to lead toddler classrooms. Teachers create a safe, fun classroom for children ages 1 and 2, teach the L.E.A.P. curriculum, support potty training, and share students’ progress with parents through a mobile app. The center provides training, ready-made curriculum, and opportunities for advancement to Assistant Director and Director. The franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Toddler teaching experience is preferred.
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, fun classroom for children ages 1 and 2.
