About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher for its early childhood education team. The toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support children’s development through discovery and play. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom where toddlers explore the world around them while developing independence and essential early learning skills. The role includes designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a warm and consistent classroom routine, partnering with families, and collaborating with co-teachers and school leaders. Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
CDA, or at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development or Child Care, or an associate degree, or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
Authorization to work in the United States.
