Lead Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Goddard School of Winter Garden is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to coordinate the daily operations of an assigned class. The teacher plans, presents, and evaluates educational and recreational activities for children, creating a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment that supports their development as joyful, confident learners. The role involves working directly with children and parents each day to provide quality customer service. Teachers receive support from directors, including planning or resource time, and are part of a team that maintains classroom ratios and provides resources for success.
Requirements
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous experience preferred.
