Lead Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Goddard School of Winter Garden is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to coordinate the daily operations of an assigned class. The teacher plans, presents, and evaluates educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment, and works directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service. Teachers receive support from directors, including planning or resource time, and are provided with classroom resources and maintained ratios. The school offers an educational experience in state-of-the-art facilities and aims to provide a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment where children can develop as confident learners. Professional development and career growth are supported through training, continuing education, potential CDA credentials or tuition reimbursement, and promotion from within. Each school is independently owned and operated, and compensation and benefits vary by location.
Requirements
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous experience preferred.
