Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Scope Intake Lead

Hewlett Packard Enterprise•San Jose, TX

About The Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead intake, due diligence, decision readiness, and closure for new scope requests in its Lead-to-Cash transformation program. The role governs how new HPE Networking priorities—including requests for capabilities, offerings, supplier and vendor onboarding, SKU availability, and Product Lifecycle Management roadmap actions—are evaluated and prepared for executive decisions. The Scope Intake Lead partners with senior leaders across HPE Networking, Integration, L2C, Product, Finance, Operations, and other affected organizations. The role turns complex or ambiguous requests into well-supported proposals that clearly describe business need and value, timing, impacts, dependencies, risks, resource implications, and trade-offs. It determines whether requests are ready to advance to the L2C Integration Decision Council, facilitates resolution of gaps, and follows approved requests through conditions, actions, and closure. The position also improves the effectiveness, transparency, and simplicity of scope governance, balancing emerging business needs against existing commitments, delivery capacity, dependencies, and integration priorities. The role is hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week working from an HPE office.
