About The Position

Paradigm Treatment Centers, part of Altior Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Therapist for its Idaho team. The role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Lead Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and serves as a clinical resource and mentor to therapists, interns, associates, and support staff. The position supports the development of a collaborative clinical team and promotes consistent, ethical, high-quality clinical practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
Current applicable clinical licensure in marriage and family therapy or psychology.
At least three years of behavioral healthcare experience.
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Adolescent or residential treatment experience preferred.
Doctorate in psychology or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate mental health, substance use recovery, psychoeducational, and process groups.
Provide crisis intervention and support complex clinical situations.
Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Assist the Clinical Director with staff training, coaching, and clinical development.
Promote consistent, ethical, and high-quality clinical practices across the program.
