About The Position

Four Oaks is looking for a dedicated and passionate Residential Therapist to join our team! As a Residential Therapist within our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), you'll play an essential role in helping youth navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop the skills they need for a brighter future. Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Eligible licenses include: LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to help youth work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that support each youth's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with case professionals and treatment teams to provide clinical guidance and coordinated care from admission through discharge.
Identify therapeutic and behavioral health needs, recommend appropriate interventions, and connect youth with additional resources when needed.
Develop therapeutic relationships that promote trust, emotional growth, and positive outcomes.
Participate in additional training, professional development opportunities, and case consultation groups with fellow clinicians.
