About The Position

The Lead, Technology Solutions Management serves as a change, adoption, experience, and strategic communications partner for EASE. The role helps ensure technology change leads to sustained adoption and intended outcomes, while strengthening how EASE communicates its strategy, progress, and impact. Working with portfolio integration leaders, the EASE strategy team, program leaders, and impacted organizations, the Lead shapes and prioritizes incoming needs, understands affected people and experiences, and develops integrated approaches that connect strategy and implementation to measurable value. Program and delivery teams remain accountable for implementing the underlying technology and business changes. The role uses personas, customer journey maps, stakeholder insights, adoption measures, and other quantitative and qualitative evidence to understand how technology change affects the end-to-end user experience and to recommend adjustments when results are not on track. It also supports EASE-wide communications and executive storytelling, turning complex strategy, portfolio progress, decisions, investments, performance, and outcomes into clear narratives, presentations, and communications for leaders, employees, and partners. This is a full-time onsite role performed at the designated work location five days per week. The posted location is Atlanta, Georgia. No relocation is offered. AT&T will not hire applicants who require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science; 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience leading technology adoption, organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, customer or employee experience, transformation, or related work in a complex technology environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technology strategy, portfolio plans, progress, financial or performance information, and outcomes into executive narratives, presentations, stakeholder communications, and adoption approaches.
  • Experience defining and using adoption, readiness, engagement, behavioral, or value-realization measures to assess whether change is achieving intended outcomes.
  • Ability to use evidence and feedback to adjust change strategies rather than treating communications, training, or implementation completion as the measure of success.
  • Experience managing intake or prioritization and coordinating stakeholder impacts across multiple programs, audiences, or organizational boundaries.
  • Strong understanding of adoption and change methods, including stakeholder analysis, persona development, journey mapping, impact assessment, readiness, communications, enablement, reinforcement, feedback, and measurement.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels, maintain an integrated view of portfolio change, and identify adoption risks and appropriate interventions.
  • Exceptional writing, executive storytelling, presentation development, facilitation, stakeholder-management, consulting, and influencing skills, including the ability to simplify complex technology topics without losing strategic meaning.
  • Ability to lead through influence and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, Portfolio Integration Leads, program teams, technical subject-matter experts, and impacted organizations.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure and enterprise technology environments, including applications, cloud, network, platforms, workplace technology, security, or related services.
  • Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Change, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience developing customer or employee personas, journey maps, service blueprints, experience maps, or similar human-centered design artifacts to inform technology adoption and change decisions.
  • Prosci, CCMP, product adoption, Agile, SAFe, communications, or related change-management certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, technology modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise adoption initiatives affecting multiple organizations or stakeholder groups.
  • Experience integrating change and adoption planning with portfolio management, strategic planning, OKRs, roadmaps, or value-realization practices.
  • Experience developing executive change dashboards or scorecards combining adoption, readiness, stakeholder, and outcome measures to support leadership decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira Align, Jira Cloud, or comparable collaboration, workflow, analytics, and portfolio-management platforms.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, strategic narratives, leadership communications, or organizational storytelling communicating strategy, transformation progress, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Experience using generative AI, AI agents, or intelligent automation to improve stakeholder analysis, communications, feedback synthesis, adoption insights, or change-management workflows.
  • Leadership style combining strategic perspective, empathy, strong judgment, structured execution, curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative influence.

Responsibilities

  • Use quantitative and qualitative evidence—including adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, experience insights, and service data—to assess effectiveness, recommend adjustments, and strengthen realization and communication of outcomes.
  • Establish practical governance, measures, templates, and repeatable methods for change, adoption, communications, personas, journey mapping, and value realization across EASE.
  • Bring adoption, experience, stakeholder, and communications insights into portfolio reviews and strategic discussions, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities affecting portfolio outcomes or stakeholder understanding.
  • Partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure communications and executive materials are fact-based, consistent with EASE strategy, and part of a coherent organizational narrative.
  • Develop executive narratives, presentations, and leadership materials that translate complex strategy, portfolio progress, investments, performance, and outcomes into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate messages.
  • Help manage EASE-wide communications about strategic priorities, major initiatives, organizational changes, progress, decisions, and outcomes for employees, leaders, and partners.
  • Coordinate significant change across portfolios and programs when audiences, timing, dependencies, or impacts overlap, helping reduce change saturation, conflicting messages, and avoidable disruption.
  • Define adoption objectives, success measures, leading indicators, and value-realization expectations with portfolio, program, product, service, and business owners; monitor results and adjust approaches when adoption or outcomes are off track.
  • Assess how portfolio and program changes affect the end-to-end user experience, identifying adoption barriers, experience risks, overlapping impacts, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and evolve stakeholder and user personas and customer journey maps to clarify affected audiences, needs, behaviors, pain points, adoption barriers, and key moments in the experience, and use those insights to shape interventions.
  • Help manage intake and prioritization of change, adoption, and communications needs based on strategic importance, stakeholder impact, readiness, timing, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Partner with portfolio integration leaders, the EASE strategy team, program leaders, and stakeholders to translate strategic priorities and portfolio plans into integrated change, adoption, experience, and communications approaches.
