About The Position

Main Street Auto's Westlake Automotive location in Denver, North Carolina, is hiring an experienced A-Level or higher Automotive Technician. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles accurately and efficiently, lead complex jobs, and support other technicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Pay is $1,200–$2,000 per week, paid weekly, and is based on experience and certification level.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician.
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to handle complex repairs independently.
• Experience using modern scan tools and shop software.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics on engine, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Work with service advisors on repair recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Use scan tools, testing equipment, and shop software.
• Support and mentor junior technicians.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership.
• Stay up to date with tools, technology, and best practices.
• Lead complex jobs.
