About The Position
Main Street Auto is hiring an experienced A-Level or higher Automotive Technician for Westlake Automotive in Denver, North Carolina. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, lead complex jobs, and support other technicians. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, and weekly pay of $1,200–$2,000. Requirements
- Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician.
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to handle complex repairs independently.
- Experience using modern scan tools and shop software.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose engine, mechanical, and electrical systems accurately.
- Complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Work with service advisors on repair recommendations.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Use scan tools, testing equipment, and shop software.
- Support and mentor junior technicians.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership.
- Stay up to date with tools, technology, and best practices.
- Take the lead on complex jobs.
