About The Position
As a Lead Technical Program Manager (Chief of Staff) in the LOB Aligned Onboarding platform, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. You will apply technical principles, practices, and theories to develop solutions while managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. The role requires analytical reasoning and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals. You will use communication and stakeholder management skills to foster productive relationships and influence decisions. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies and help ensure high-quality, professional service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
- Advanced stakeholder management expertise, including establishing productive working relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience driving engagement team management and business process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced experience using technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage resources, timelines, budgets, financial resources, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
- Understanding of and ability to leverage AI technologies for day-to-day activities.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Comfort using AI tools to automate tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering projects, overseeing timelines, objectives, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Apply software development methodologies to enhance project outcomes, planning discipline, and execution rigor.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assess program performance using analytical reasoning, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering continuous learning and innovation within the team.
