This position serves as the primary point of contact for the network organization in the Pacific Northwest and acts as the front-line technical support interface for troubleshooting customer-impacting wireless network issues and providing outage and incident triage. The role functions as an operational bridge between Sales, Network Engineering, FirstNet, GTOC, External Affairs, Public Affairs and external stakeholders, ensuring timely coverage assessments, effective outage communications, and rapid response to customer issues. The position proactively communicates network status and changes, enabling revenue protection and reinforcing customer confidence by translating network conditions into clear, actionable guidance for both internal teams and customers. In addition, the role provides significant Radio Access Network support, including executive level reporting and operations review data preparation, major events management. The position owns coordination for temporary coverage solutions (COWs), project change control management, and program updates.
