About The Position

The Lead Teacher at Pathways Learning Academy at Willow Creek Church creates interactive learning experiences, mentors fellow Teachers, and promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. It also involves building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

The position requires someone energetic, dependable, and passionate who is at least 18 years old, has experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans, and can meet state education and childcare center requirements. The teacher must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.
