About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves developing interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, and supporting preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Lead Teacher leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.

The position requires an energetic, dependable, and passionate individual who is at least 18, has experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans, and can meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements. The teacher must be able to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activities with children.
