About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. As a Lead Teacher, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners while creating interactive learning experiences and supporting their development. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, mentor fellow Teachers, follow licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's achievement and support the center's success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
