About The Position

Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
- Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support center success.
