About The Position

River Crossing YMCA is hiring a Lead Teacher for its Pre-K Counts program at the Allentown Child Care Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, hourly position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role is suited to a certified teacher who is passionate about working with children and serving the community in a fun, diverse environment. Requirements

• CDA or 60 post-secondary credits.
• At least 2 years of documented experience working with children.
• Passion for working with children in a fun, diverse environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
