About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
