As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers; promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while following licensing guidelines and company standards; and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote each child’s achievement and support the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.
