About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences, mentors fellow teachers, and promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
