About The Position

Tutor Time of Mint Hill is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, supporting the growth of preschool children, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.
