About The Position

Tutor Time is hiring a Lead Teacher for its Clareton Dr. location. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences for preschool children, supporting their social, physical, and intellectual growth, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, and following licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families and mentors fellow teachers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.
