About The Position
The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children while supporting their learning and development in a child care center. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The employer provides extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
